Prices and shipping costs
All prices quoted in the online shop are gross prices including statutory VAT and do not include shipping costs.
The shipping costs are staggered as follows:
Germany
For orders that are delivered within the Federal Republic of Germany, the shipping costs are € 6.95. If the gross value of the goods is over € 95.00, TIEKIDS does not charge any shipping costs.
EU
For orders that are shipped to the EU, the shipping costs are € 19.00 for a gross value of goods of a maximum of € 85.00 and € 23.00 for a gross value of goods between € 85.01 and a maximum of € 400.00. If the gross value of goods is over € 400.00, TIEKIDS does not charge shipping costs even for deliveries abroad. Please note that the shipping costs quoted include VAT of 19%. Unfortunately, due to the VAT reform of 2021, we are forced to calculate and pay the VAT rate of the recipient country. Therefore, the shipping costs may change according to the VAT rate applicable in your country.
Non-EU
For orders shipped to Sweden and non-EU countries (e.g. Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Montenegro, Norway, Switzerland, Serbia, Ukraine, Belarus), the shipping costs are € 23.00 for a gross value of goods not exceeding € 85.00 and € 27.00 for a gross value of goods between € 85.01 and € 500.00. If the gross value of goods exceeds € 500.00, TIEKIDS does not charge shipping costs for deliveries abroad.
Eastern Europe
For orders to Finland and Eastern Europe (e.g. Isreal, Russian Federation) the shipping costs are € 31.00 for a gross value of goods of a maximum of € 85.00 and € 37.00 for a gross value of goods between € 85.01 and a maximum of € 150.00 and € 45.00 for a gross value of goods of € 150.01 or more.
Worldwide
For worldwide orders (e.g. Australia, China, Japan, Canada, USA) the shipping costs are € 45.00 for a gross value of goods of a maximum of € 500.00 and € 70.00 for a gross value of goods between € 500.01 and a maximum of € 900.00. If the gross value of goods is over € 900.00, TIEKIDS charges € 90.00 for deliveries.
Collection on site
By prior arrangement, the customer can collect his order free of shipping costs directly from TIEKIDS, Lindenbergstraße 13 76829 Landau-Nußdorf.
