Minimum order Value
For orders shipped within the Federal Republic of Germany, a minimum order value of € 20.00 shall apply and for orders shipped by TIEKIDS abroad, a minimum order value of € 25.00. The minimum order value is calculated from the gross price of the goods including statutory VAT, but excluding shipping costs.
The shipping costs are staggered as follows:
a) For orders shipped within the Federal Republic of Germany, the shipping costs amount to € 6.95. If the gross value of the goods exceeds € 95.00, TIEKIDS shall not charge any shipping costs.
b) For orders shipped to the EU, the shipping costs amount to € 19.00 for a gross value of goods not exceeding € 85.00 and € 23.00 for a gross value of goods between € 85.01 and a maximum of € 400.00. If the gross value of goods exceeds € 400.00, TIEKIDS shall not charge any shipping costs even for delivery abroad. Please note that the stated shipping costs include a VAT of 19%. Unfortunately, due to the VAT reform of 2021, we are forced to calculate and pay the VAT rate of the recipient country. Therefore, the shipping costs may change according to the VAT rate applicable in your country.
c) For orders shipped to Sweden and to non-EU countries (e.g. Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Montenegro, Norway, Switzerland, Serbia, Ukraine, Belarus), the shipping costs amount to € 23.00 for a gross value of goods not exceeding € 85.00 and € 27.00 for a gross value of goods between € 85.01 and a maximum of € 500.00. If the gross value of goods exceeds € 500.00, TIEKIDS shall not charge shipping costs even for a delivery abroad.
d) For orders to Finland and to Eastern Europe (e.g. Israel, Russian Federation) the shipping costs are € 31.00 for a gross value of goods not exceeding € 85.00 and € 37.00 for a gross value of goods between € 85.01 and a maximum of € 150.00 and € 45.00 for a gross value of goods of € 150.01.
e) For worldwide orders (e.g. Australia, China, Japan, Canada, USA) the shipping costs amount to € 45.00 for a gross value of goods not exceeding € 500.00 and € 70.00 for a gross value of goods between € 500.01 and a maximum of € 900.00. If the gross value of goods exceeds € 900.00, TIEKIDS shall charge € 90.00 for deliveries.
f) After prior arrangement, the customer can pick up his order free of shipping costs directly at TIEKIDS,Lindenbergstraße 13 76829 Landau-Nußdorf.
